Sound Bath, Reiki & New Moon Release

The new moon is a great time to let go and release what no longer serves us so we can welcome in the new, because the phase on the moon is dark and is allows the space to pause and reflect.
Let’s come together in a moment full of love and support to reflect and receive. We will start the event with setting an intentions and reflecting on what we want to release. The event will incorporate a practice led by Colleen incorporating a guided mediation and energy aligned Hz Healing Sound bath. While you are in a relaxation state Melissa will provide gentle Reiki to help release emotional blockages.
Afterward please stick around to enjoy some wine and good company.
We have a few yoga mats, pillows and chairs but feel free to bring anything that makes you comfy.
