Hz Healing Sound Bath

Hz Healing is a powerful, purposeful blend of frequencies that allow healing for the stresses we carry in our bodies and minds. By resting on the ground and listening to our sound bath with instruments played by Colleen Gallick you may notice the feeling of sound in the space around you & you will be guided into a deep meditative relaxation to explore a quiet mind. Our Hz Healing for this practice will consist of songs from crystal singing bowls, a low frequency singing bowl, crystal pyramid, tongue drum & ocean wave drum, and each layered sound will be played with the intention of giving yourself the time to be perfectly as you are and understand yourself better through rest.
Please bring a yoga mat to lay on & any blankets, pillows, bolsters you’d like to use throughout your meditation.
