Welcome in the summer season! As yogis we will celebrate together through movement, breath & heart-felt intention to celebrate the new season. Colleen Gallick will lead our practice of meditation in motion with 108 sun salutations (9 sets of 12) and before each set of salutations, we will set an intention to bring purpose into our practice.
The 108 is a re-set four times a year when we come to our mats to understand where we are in our bodies & how we have arrived in our minds.
