All-levels Morning Yoga

Start your weekend with movement, breath, & simple intention and notice the change in your mood and life! We will meet in the Tranquility Yoga Space & Colleen Gallick will teach an hour of basic feel-good yoga poses paired with mindful breathing to cultivate focus & awareness. At the end of each practice we will enjoy a final resting meditation to let all your work soak in. Expect to leave standing taller, breathing deeper & feeling ready to take on the world
