Autumn Equinox Yoga 108 sun salutations

On the equinox we have a balance of day & night, and during this Autumnal equinox we are celebrating that same balance in ourselves. This harvest season is time to appreciate all of the work that we’ve put into cultivating our best lives and self so that we can truly be grateful for the good that comes from our hard work. Together in the woods at the Geode Dome we will move through 108 sun salutations to show our gratitude for the warmth and growth of Summer that is leading us to a generous & abundant harvest of success, love, peace.
