Crystal Pyramid Hz Healing Sound Bath

This sound bath will bring together the Hz Healing practices of playing a full set of crystal singing bowls with crystal pyramids for a unique practice of meditation and deep rest. Together in the Tranquility Salt Cave we will relax in zero gravity chairs or on the heated salt floor and breathe halotherapy salt-filled air while the music of Hz Healing instruments played by Colleen Gallick will surround you. This practice will be focused on our root, heart & crown chakras for a grounding, settling meditation before exploring held emotions in our hearts and thoughts in our minds for all-encompassing healing.
