New Years Yoga Nidra Meditation

$25on the last day of the year, we will meet together to meditate & offer gratitude for all we have accomplished & build confidence for all we have yet to do. yoga nidra is a meditative form of yogic sleep where we lie down completely relaxed and allow a withdrawal of our senses.
this brings the mind out of consciousness but not quite into sleep, which allows your thinking mind to rest & brings you close to intention, understanding & an appreciation of yourself. in this deep meditative state, we will offer our gratitude for the old & the past while we look forward to the abundance & wonder of the new we are moving into.
open to yogis & meditators of all levels.
